The "Love at Last!" programme, curated by Brazilian film researcher and curator Janaína Oliveira, brings to this edition of Porto Femme three films by black Brazilian directors in which love from the perspective of women is also the protagonist, be it romantic love, self-love, love of shared dreams or love of struggle. Because, as Bell Hooks says, "at the end of the day it is love that sustains us and gives meaning to life".

After the screening, at the Bar in Batalha Centro de Cinema, at 6.30pm, we will be joined by Kitty Furtado and Janaína Oliveira for a conversation moderated by Diana Loureiro (FEMglocal).
