As part of the Educational Service of the Liga Portuguesa de Profilaxia Social (LPPS), we are pleased to invite the community to participate in the activity Por Detrás de um rosTO®, which will take place on May 22 (Wednesday), starting at 2:30 p.m., at the LPPS headquarters (R. de Sant'Ana No. 11, 4050-538 Porto).

This initiative will be led by SER+ – Portuguese Association for the Prevention and Challenge of AIDS, a non-governmental organization founded in 1997, which develops integrated responses in the areas of HIV and Viral Hepatitis, with a special focus on the homeless population.

The session will include a brief presentation of SER+ and its projects, with particular emphasis on Por Detrás de um rosTO®, developed within the scope of Occupational Therapy. This project uses participatory methodologies such as photovoice and digital storytelling to promote self-worth and fight stigma associated with homelessness. The activity will also include a practical group exercise and an exploration of materials created during the project, which will be on display.

This will be a valuable opportunity for reflection and sharing, contributing to the promotion of more humane and inclusive responses.
