The program begins on October 15th at 6:30 PM at CDUP-ICBAS/FFUP with a mega class combining Zumba, Workout, and Pilates. The session will be led by instructors Mariana Pinto and Patrícia Videira.

In addition to raising awareness, the program has a charitable aspect. Registration for the walk costs 8 euros and includes the annual t-shirt of the Portuguese League Against Cancer. However, those who do not wish to purchase the t-shirt can register for 5 euros.

Other activities are free for UPFit members. Non-members can participate by paying 3.50 euros for the U.Porto community or 4.90 euros for external participants.
