what are we going to do?
One table. Several little treats. A few provocations. And you, right in the middle of it all, choosing where to begin.
The challenge seems simple: choose.
In front of you, you’ll find a small menu of exploratory creative propositions born in the ACASO studio. They are themes, gestures, materials and possibilities that have already made us stop, experiment, persist, change direction. Now they return to the table to be discovered all over again — by you.
You won’t do them all.
You’ll choose.
And when it comes to creativity, choosing is already a way of beginning.
You might follow colour. Line. Gesture. Material. Collage. Composition. Chance. Or something you can’t quite put your finger on, but that makes you want to try.
Choose your creative treat and we’ll get things moving.
While you explore, José takes care of the other part of the experience: a small selection of treats created especially for this table, prepared and served as a kind of tasting experience — different flavours, textures, surprises and combinations to savour slowly. Hot tea to accompany them. Everything on the table. Everything there to be shared.
Because some things are experienced with your hands. Others with your mouth. And some days, it’s good to do both at the same time.
This is not a conventional workshop.
There is no recipe to follow towards the “right” result.
No technique you need to master.
No model waiting to be copied.
There are propositions to open doors.
Materials to play with.
Decisions to make.
Things that might go wonderfully wrong.
And there is time to stay.
Around the table, between one experience and the next, between a sip of tea and a little treat, you’ll discover what happens when we stop trying to do things “right” and simply start to experiment.
At ACASO, this is the place we’re interested in: the place where one choice leads to another, where an accident can become an idea, where one thing transforms into something else, and where we don’t always know exactly where we’re going to end up.
Petiscos & Rabiscos is an experience to be savoured.
Savour a proposition.
Savour a material.
Savour an idea.
Savour a new path.
No rush. No formulas. With room for chance.
Come hungry.
The menu is on the table.
The treats are coming.
The propositions are waiting.
Now choose what you feel like tasting.
