O que é a saúde mental? Como podemos cultivar o bem-estar na nossa rotina?
Oficina “Uma Pausa Teatral sobre Saúde e Bem-Estar"
Fotografia: Sérgio Monteiro

Facilitated by Beatriz Villas-Bôas and Jaqueline Lodi, this activity invites reflection on mental health and well-being, highlighting two fundamental questions: What is mental health? How can we cultivate well-being in our daily lives?

Through theatre games and exercises, a space for shared dialogue and active listening will be created. The technique used will be Newspaper Theatre, part of the Theatre of the Oppressed methodology, which encourages the transformation of reality through active citizenship. The workshop is open to anyone interested in pausing, breathing, and connecting — individually and collectively — and does not require any prior theatre experience.

This activity is the result of a partnership between LPPS and the collective Uma Pausa Teatral, sharing the common goal of creating welcoming environments where artistic expression plays an active role in care and emotional well-being.

Registrations are open until May 12, via the form available at https://forms.office.com/e/wad46zfRXJ
