BEYOND DRAWING: Expression & Integration

Drawing is letting the soul breathe on paper. Each stroke, each color, each shape is more than a gesture — it’s a window into ourselves. In this workshop, we will explore drawing as a space of freedom, creation and expression, but also as a path of inner discovery.
After drawing, we open our hearts to dialogue with what we’ve created. Through an integrated psychology approach, we’ll be guided to look at our own marks in a new way — not as “right” or “wrong,” but as living signs of what we feel, think and are.
It’s a meeting where art and life embrace, where imagination becomes a mirror, and where each drawing turns into a bridge between inside and outside, between silence and words.
No need to know how to draw or to have previous experience. All you need is the willingness to experiment, to be surprised and to welcome with curiosity the beauty that emerges.
An invitation to create with your hands, to feel with your body and to integrate with your soul.
