On 19 August at 2:30 p.m., the Portuguese League for Social Prophylaxis will host a screening of the documentary Marias da Sé, directed by Filipe Martins. The film invites us to explore the city of Porto through the stories, memories and everyday lives of the women who bring one of its most emblematic neighbourhoods to life.
This initiative is part of LPPS’s commitment to the promotion, preservation and dissemination of cultural and cinematic heritage, offering the public an opportunity to (re)discover a significant work of Portuguese cinema in a context of proximity, sharing and reflection on collective memory and local identities.
