Bombarda Digital finally arrives in the community!
On January 20, we invited merchants, creatives, residents, and visitors to discover the first digital tools of the Bombarda Digital project: the new portal and marketplace, created to give more visibility to the neighborhood, its people, and its activities.
This meeting marks the culmination of several months of collaborative work with the Quarteirão Bombarda community, in a process of listening, co-creation, and experimentation that involved stores, studios, artists, and regular customers. The result is digital tools designed to support local commerce, improve collective communication, and provide a new way to discover and experience the territory.
During the event, we will present the main features of the portal and marketplace and conduct a guided tour of the platforms, allowing participants to get a first-hand look at the different areas and possibilities—both for those who communicate and sell, and for those who visit and explore the neighborhood.
Although aimed primarily at the Bombardian community, this meetup is also an open invitation to anyone who wants to understand how digital technology can strengthen identity, economic dynamics, and the experience of visiting a creative territory.
The session will be attended by Rodrigo Passos, Councilor of the Porto City Council.
Event highlights:
🔹 Presentation of the Bombarda portal and the Bombarda Digital marketplace
🔹 Guided tour of the main features of the platforms
🔹 Opportunity to meet and share with the community
Bombarda Digital is a project integrated into the Digital Commercial Districts program, funded by the PRR - Recovery and Resilience Plan, led by the Municipality of Porto, in partnership with Porto Digital and the Creative Quarter Association.
