This workshop is an invitation to free bodily expression, of internal and external sounds, of the psychic body, and of creativity without blockages through the expression of the elements (earth, water, fire and air). Through the movement and body technique corresponding to each element, music, large-scale painting on the floor and on the wall, participants will immerse themselves in an intuitive process of self-discovery and creation.

Objectives:

1) Body activation

2) Connection with the elements through sound, technique and movement

3) Large-scale painting on the floor and on the wall, between roots, splashes and lines to discover shapes

4) Creative writing exercise
