We are delighted to announce that we will be holding an Intro to Yukimura Style Workshop with NuitdeTokyo, also known as Haru Kakeru (FR/JP) and Asami Hime (USA/JP), in Porto on February 1, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The workshop will be taught in English, is open to all levels (no prior knowledge of shibari is required), and is suitable for complete beginners and curious.

We will look at some fundamental aspects of Yukimura style, which will be centered on the “rope conversation with the model” including “tying for the model, not tying for a pattern”, “sometimes it is hard, sometimes it is soft”, “looking at the model and reading the model”, “rope tension, model tension, bakushi tension”, “talking to the model and kotoba seme” and “if the feeling is cut, you lose”.

For this workshop is expected to be raw and erotic, not tying for photograhy but is intended for those who like it in an erotic way.
