On 31 October and 1 of November 2026, we will welcome Guida Fonseca to lead a exceptional training at Saber Fazer: Introduction to tapestry weaving.

From traditional to contemporary tapestry, several transformations have taken place, giving it a new status and function, establishing itself as a territory and tool of artistic expression. The tapestry weaver is not only a skilled performer, but also a creator and interpreter.

With decades of experience in professional training in the field of Tapestry and Weaving, Guida Fonseca stands out not only for her vast knowledge of textile fibers, but also for her advocacy of well-structured, high-quality technical knowledge, establishing a solid foundation for continuous learning.

This course will run throughout the weekend, lasting 14 hours, which will allow us to learn the basics of the complex art of Tapestry.
The workshop price includes all raw materials to be used and the use of an individual loom.
