Saturday, 24 January marks the World Day for African and Afrodescendant Culture. The celebration will take place in advance at Fonoteca Munciipal do Porto during the Hora de Ponta [Rush Hour] session, which will showcase examples of Africa's great musical legacy around the world.
Hora de Ponta is a weekly event organised by Fonoteca Municipal do Porto. Every Wednesday between 6 pm and 7 pm, the public is invited to visit the space for an informal gathering and to listen to a selection of themed records.
