Who doesn't enjoy a good saxophone solo, whether it's alto, soprano, tenor or baritone? In this edition of Hora de Ponta, we will explore some of the most significant contributions to the history of the saxophone in jazz, classical, and pop music. And yes, 'Careless Whisper' is also going to be discussed.

Hora de Ponta is a weekly event organised by the Fonoteca Municipal do Porto. Every Wednesday between 6 pm and 7 pm, the public is invited to visit the space for an informal gathering and to listen to a selection of themed records.
