Typically associated with progressive rock, concept albums became popular during the 1970s, capitalising on the heyday of the LP format. This afternoon on Hora de Ponta, we will revisit the concepts and music of some examples from the Fonoteca Municipal do Porto’s collection.

Hora de Ponta is a weekly event organised by Fonoteca Municipal do Porto. Every Wednesday between 6 pm and 7 pm, the public is invited to visit the space for an informal gathering and to listen to a selection of themed records.
