This afternoon's Hora de Ponta is all about 'chanson', or French song, and the long shadow it cast over Europe and beyond for decades. Expect 60 minutes of history through music, covering everything from the great references to the different meanings and mutations of the genre.

Hora de Ponta is a weekly event organised by the Fonoteca Municipal do Porto. Every Wednesday between 6 pm and 7 pm, the public is invited to visit the space for an informal gathering and to listen to a selection of themed records.
