Each month, individuals from different backgrounds are invited to share personal experiences and musical stories inspired by a vinyl record chosen from the Fonoteca Municipal do Porto's collection. These 'Active Listening' sessions are more than just a conversation or a simple listening session; they aim to offer total immersion in an experience of listening and mindfulness.

To mark the anniversary of the April Revolution, FMP is pleased to welcome Isabel do Carmo, a doctor and anti-fascist activist, who will guide the audience through the listening session of the album Romances by the Portuguese singer Vitorino.
