"Encontro na Pasteleira" is a participatory community event aimed at older adults, designed to promote active and healthy aging through culture, music, movement, and social interaction.
Throughout the afternoon, activities will include warm-ups and movement, singing and Adufe (frame drum) playing, traditional dance, and community music-making, culminating in a "Grand Song Circle"—a collective musical experience. The program concludes with a concert-workshop by Baile DeRaiz, dedicated to the Iberian dance music.
