On March 28 and 29, Central Elétrica goes into CURTO - CIRCUITO — a programme designed especially for younger audiences, featuring performances, workshops, installations, music, and books.

The 5th edition presents Dama Pé de Mim, by Ana Madureira & Vahan Kerovpyan — a performance celebrating its 10th anniversary — SubLinhar, a dance performance for children by Marta Cerqueira, the lecture-performance All You Need Is Plankton by Vera Mantero, and a concert by Cremalheira do Apocalipse, with Artur Carvalho and the Centro Social do Soutelo.

In addition to the performances, Fogo Lento takes us on a collective journey to the planet Astra 8. Over the two days, Colectivo Febre proposes a mobile workshop for repairing and reusing toys, Ser Silvestre leads a printmaking workshop, and Mariana Sardon invites us to get our hands among wires and electronic cassettes for a sound exploration! To complete the experience, the children’s bookstore Salta-Folhinhas will be present with stories to browse.

Admission is free and the programme is designed especially for children and families.

Central Elétrica is accessible to visitors with reduced mobility. However, the outdoor flooring is cobblestone and includes some sloped ramps.

There is free parking on site, and food and drinks will be available for purchase.
