As we head into fall, that season that still leaves us longing for summer but already calls for warmth and comfort on colder days—starting with food!
In this theoretical and practical 4-module course, we will learn how to introduce new foods into our daily lives, basic nutrition concepts, how to make the best food choices, and the best cooking methods and techniques, while preparing a complete meal with seasonal ingredients in each module.
There are 4 modules with tasty, uncomplicated, practical, and appetizing recipes, not forgetting that to stay well and happy, our diet must be healthy, balanced, and conscious.
