Cinema de Colo is the most special space of the festival, a place made of colorful projections where babies can react, explore, and move safely and comfortably, always under the loving gaze of their parents. The new set design, created by Mariana Natário, a student at ESMAE, is meant to stimulate the senses and reveal all the magic of cinema. In the films of this session, you can discover “Narizinho a Pingar,” where a boy’s little nose turns into many playful things; “Juntar,” which amusingly explores the meeting of ducks; “Voo Raso,” about a cloud, a flower, and a noisy airplane; “A Polca do Dmitry,” a colorful frog dance; “A Quinta da Lena: Ninho Cheio,” showing a squirrel’s nest prepared for winter; “À Conquista da Panqueca!,” an animation about mischief, pancakes, and friendship; and “Como o Caracol,” a film about many creatures, some slow, others not so much.
