A native of Pernambuco living in Lisbon, Sam Nóbrega is a singer, composer, multi-instrumentalist, arranger and producer. Brazilian folk songs, street culture and genres and movements such as samba funk, forró, ijexá, manguebeat and bossa nova influence his sound, evident in his debut album Ponta de Dois Lados, released a year ago, where the musician mixes traditional and popular elements with an indie and contemporary touch.
