The orchestra’s fifth anniversary is celebrated with Mahler at the Sala Suggia. The Alto Minho Youth Orchestra, conducted by Miguel Sepúlveda, performs one of the most monumental works in the orchestral repertoire: Gustav Mahler’s Symphony No. 2, ‘Resurrection’. Accompanied by the Alto Minho International Choir and soloists Sílvia Sequeira and Cláudia Ribas, it takes the audience on a journey from restlessness to transcendence.
