On October 15th, at 6 PM, a second special activity will take place at CDUP-FADEUP. The initiative begins with a walk through the Asprela region. Afterwards, participants can join a Yoga session, led by instructor Núria Ferreira.
In addition to the awareness component, the program has a solidarity aspect. Registration for the walk costs 8 euros and includes the annual t-shirt of the Portuguese League Against Cancer. However, those who do not wish to purchase the t-shirt can register for 5 euros.
Other activities are free for UPFit members. Non-members can participate by paying 3.50 euros for the U.Porto community, or 4.90 euros for external participants.
