Calo is an intense reflection on the human emotional state in the face of tragedy. Deeply linked to armed conflicts and violations of the human condition that are contemporary to us, this exploration floats in the creation of sound compositions using an experimental and performative language. The voice, noise and textures are constructed throughout a process of investigation and sensory exploration. The collective empathic numbness that we are going through is a phenomenon of bombardment of chaos that is presented to us daily from the most diverse points of the planet. A cerebral callus. A resistance to crying that transports us to a place of self-protection and distancing ourselves from what we consider tragic.
The performance will also feature the exhibition of graphic work developed by Camila and visuals by Insidius Chrome.
