Based on the example of beginner jugglers who make their own juggling balls, participants will learn how to create juggling balls using rice and balloons. At the end, they will be able to add a personal touch by painting them. Using these balls, participants will also have the opportunity to learn some basic juggling exercises.

Workshop Steps
10–15 min — Introduction
45 min — Making the juggling balls and painting them
30 min — Exercises with 1 ball, exercises with 2 balls, partner exercises, and exercises with 3 balls

This activity is developed by students as part of the Professional Aptitude Project (PAP) of Grupo Lodo PAP, a group of final-year students from ACE Escola de Artes (Porto), 2025/2026.

All materials will be provided on the day and at the event location.
