- Age rating: fair: for all ages and audiences; activities: recommended for ages 6 and up.
- Admission: fair: free entry; activities (in Portuguese): no registration required, free entry until the capacity of the rooms is reached.

AstroGeoFest offers a rich and diverse parallel program with activities for all ages and interests. Highlights include:
Gold Panning: Learn to pan for gold with geologist Miguel Couto (daily at 10:30 AM and 2:00 PM).
Lectures and Workshops: Experts will share their knowledge on topics such as rural and nature tourism, Portugal's geological heritage, the importance of mineral resources, metals for the future, mineral applications, ornamental and industrial rocks, fossils of Valongo and Arouca, climate change, coastal erosion, Earth's magnetic secrets, the stories behind minerals, crystals in everyday life, and micrometeorite hunting.
Immersive Planetarium sessions: "Somos os Guardiões" by Filipe Pires.
