Bastards is a documentary realized by the research project Keep it Simple, Make it Fast! (KISMIF, PTDC/CS-SOC/118830/2010) coordinated by Paula Guerra and based at the Institute of Sociology of the University of Porto (IS-UP). It is a documentary with a historical and sociological approach which aimed to document the actors, the narratives and punk demonstrations in Portugal from its inception to the present day (1977 to 2014). It is a document which results from an intense process of investigation based on testimonies and objects in order to lift the veil that conceals an object of study complex and socially barely visible. In this documentary, the speeches of the actors are the protagonists. As its object of analysis, Bastards is a documentary realized with a do-it-yourself ethos by the research team and which includes the testimonies of Ana Ferrão, José Serra, Carlos Moura, Ondina Pires, Eduardo Pinela, Zé Pedro, Paulo Pedro Gonçalves, Adolfo Luxuria Canibal, Luís Rattus, Jonhie Simbiose, Luís Brito, Manolo Almeida, Pedro Mateus, João Pedro Almendra, Neno Costa, David Pontes, Frágil, Arnaldo Galvão, José Faísca, Tó Trips, Luís Vaz Patto, Victor Vicente, Nito Gonçalves, Teresa Milheiro (Teresa Punk), Miguel Newton, Francisco Dias, Ricardo Dias, Ricardo Guerreiro, Rafael Brazuna, Sérgio Cardoso, Tiago André, José Ataíde (Sarrufo), Mário Campos, Luís Pedro, João Alves, Cristina Sousa, Hugo Ramone, Rogério Sabino, Rui Paixão, Tiago Guterres, Raphael Teodoro, Bernardo Amaro.
