Led by Lays de Sousa, these regular classes introduce participants to Afro House through its movements, rhythms and musicality, exploring different body dynamics and forms of expression.
Beyond learning steps and sequences, the classes also explore the cultural context and references behind the dance, creating a space for learning, expression and sharing.
The classes are open to everyone, with or without previous dance experience.
