The biggest Klezmer music concert is coming to Porto! In just a few days, the city will become the stage for the Jewish sounds and dances of Eastern Europe. The repertoire of the British band Taybelekh includes not only Yiddish music and dances but also songs in Ladino — a legacy of Iberian Sephardic culture.

This is a unique opportunity to experience the flavors of Jewish music and feel the rhythm of this ancient culture.

Alongside the concert, there will be an exhibition titled “The Righteous”, in memory of Christians and Muslims who saved lives during the Holocaust.

These initiatives aim to combat the growing antisemitism and hate speech once again spreading across Europe, promoting an atmosphere of culture, art, and dialogue.

Renowned figures from the international Klezmer scene will gather in Porto for an immersive experience: Ilana Cravitz, Phil Tomlinson, Daniel Mawson, Theo Malka-Wishart, Maya Brown, and Josie Wexler.

The symbolic ticket price (€10) will go to support the Holocaust Museum of Porto, which plays a vital role in Holocaust education and the fight against antisemitism.
